REPAIRS:
Nylie Designs guarantees the quality of our jewelry for a period of 6 months under normal wearing conditions. Nylie Designs reserves the right to
determine normal wearing conditions. If your jewelry needs repair work, contact us by email or phone to receive a repair order number and follow mailing instructions under Returns. Any repairs after 6 months from the date of purchase, will be charged according to the type of repairs needed. If the customer would like an item lengthened or shortened, an extra charge
will apply. An estimate will be given by email or telephone and must be approved by the customer before any item is repaired, lengthened or shortened.
RETURNS:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in its original condition within 14 days from date of receipt for a prompt and
courteous refund. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Contact us by email or phone to receive a return order number. For your protection, please send all returns or repairs insured via UPS or FedEx. Please use a hard
box or case to insure that the jewelry is not damaged. We will not accept or be responsible for damaged, tangled or worn merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
SHIPPING:
All shipments are made by UPS 2 day delivery and must be delivered to a street address. An extra charge will apply if overnight delivery is requested.
All items are subject to shipping, handling and insurance fees of $15.00. Shipments are fully insured. However, any purchases over $500 may be subject to special insurance & handling fees.
International shipping fees will vary according to each country. Please contact us by email: nylie1@nylie.com or telephone: 1-858-254-5486 to
confirm the cost. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
CARE FOR NYLIE DESIGN JEWELRY:
Always avoid harsh detergents when cleaning jewelry. Avoid swimming in chlorinated water and spraying perfume or applying cream on jewelry. Use only sterling silver polishing cloths to clean or polish sterling silver.
